We're helping you get the summer started on the right foot! True's high school players are invited to the High School Training Camp! This annual favorite offers our older guys the opportunity to train in a competitive, intense, rigorous environment to prepare for the summer season. 

The 2017 High School Training Camp will take place on June 4th. Players will work with True's top coaches to hone their skills and get a jump start on their summer training. 

Sharpen your skills before hitting the tournament scene this summer! Join us for the High School Training Camp, and be the best on the field this summer! 


High School Training Camp

Date: June 4: 9 am-6pm.  (Northstars, West Elite, South Side, Northwest, State, Nebraska, Indiana)

True Lacrosse High School Training Camp Itinerary:
North Stars
‚ÄčNorthwest Elite
West Elite
- 9am Camp Begins 
                        - Coach Introductions
                        - Talk about the purpose of the camp
                        - Let players know how we are going to run the camp
Session 1: 9am to 11am:
                 - Warm UP, Dynamic Stretch
                 - 2 man, 3 man up field
                 - Break into 6 Different Stations (3 different passing Stations & 3 different GB Stations. Players stay will teams they are on and rotate through each station ).
                 - Water
                 - Position Specific Stations (Goalie, Defense, Midfield, Attack, Face-off)
Break: 11pm to 1pm Lunch & White Board Session
Session 2: 1pm to 3pm:           
                   - Everyone meet on field one to talk about what we are going to do for Session 2
                   - 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3, 4 vs 4
                   - Full Field Fast Breaks ( Team vs Team ), West Genny ( Team Vs Team ), Army Ground Balls ( Team Vs )
                   - Water
                   - Go over 6 vs 6 offense and 6 vs 6 defense
                   - Team vs Team 6 vs 6 on each side of the field
                   - Conditioning
